3.1.2.1 For every storage destination listed in Section 2 of this policy, individual website users possess varying degrees of indirect control over the personal information being submitted through the channels listed in Section 1.

3.1.2.1.3.1 At any point in time, individual website users may request that previously submitted data may be deleted from storage destinations owned and controlled by Astel Systems and/or GlobillCSP. Insofar as our team has the ability to delete, confirm deletion and ensure permanent deletion of the personal information, we shall endeavor to ensure full compliance and report back to the individual website users as appropriate and necessary.

3.1.2.1.3.3 Deletion of information from integrated website analytics applications can be attempted but not entirely guaranteed unless a website user makes efforts to update his/her individual browser settings, as Astel Systems and GlobillCSP have access but not control over the information generally tracked by Google Analytics, Google AdWords Express and Google Search Console. Individual website users acknowledge, understand and agree to indemnifying Astel Systems of any legal and/or financial claims resulting in non-permanent deletion of data through integrated website analytics applications.
3.1.2.1.3.4 Individual website users may peruse the query process listed in 3.1.2.1.2 following 48 hours of submitting a deletion request, should no response be received from Astel Systems and/or GlobillCSP.

4.1 Astel Systems and GlobillCSP reserve all rights to update and amend this policy without prior notice.
